Our Belief
We believe leaders can both be born and made. We believe made leaders start with self-awareness, curiosity, desire, and commitment. Leadership is a craft that requires experimentations, repetitions, and small failures.
It's a lifelong process of developing and honing in those leadership skill set that eventually becomes instinctive. We believe at the core of becoming a great leader is learning to become a great communicator.
Our Story
We are executives, business owners, educators, and board members who have fought in the battlegrounds of corporate America and care deeply on how Asian Americans can compete more effectively for leadership roles. BAMBOO BOARDROOM is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
