Learn key communication tactics and insights to help break the bamboo ceiling.

DEVELOPING ASIAN AMERICAN (AAPI) LEADERS.

What is the Bamboo Ceiling?

Why are Asian Americans perceived as weaker leaders and least likely to be promoted to upper management in America?

Why was BAMBOO BOARDROOM created?

Studies have shown Asian Americans excel with technical skills. However, many lack the people skills to communicate effectively, assertively, and confidently.

BAMBOO BOARDROOM is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization created to help Asian Americans shatter the bamboo ceiling and compete for leadership roles.

We focus on developing three key areas of communication skill sets. We teach Asian Americans how to build their network, speak publicly with confidence, and instill leadership qualities in small group discussions

As the world transitions to everything AI, people skills will become even more desirable and valued by employers (see Fast Company).
